Bilbao building - managled tin can?!

The new headquarters of the Basque health department is opening this month to a lot of different opinions. Some say it resembles a 'mangled tin can' which at first glance i agreed with. Others say once the building opens it could become the rival of the Guggenheim Museum as Bilbao's most popular tourist attraction.

The building was designed by Spanish architects Juan Coll-Barreu and Daniel Gutierrez Zaraza who designed the 13-story glass strcture using fragmentations and angles to reflect the moving panorama of the sky. The £9.6m project has aroused controversy in Bilbao. At the moment i'm not keen on the architecture design of this building, it's too jagged, but it would be good to see more views of this building once it opens later on this month.
